Taste of Korea blogging contest

Want to a free trip to Korea? Koreataste.org is having a blog contest that will give us a chance to win this for free! All you have to do is write blog posts about your love for Korean Food to win.

Other prizes also include Samsung TL500 Camera, A Samsung Galaxy Tab, and gift sets of Korean food and ingredients. The top prize will be a 4-day 3-night Culinary Vacation to Korea complete with hotel stay, cooking classes, restaurant tours, and selected dinners at some of Korea’s finest restaurants.

This contest is open to all bloggers worldwide.

How to Enter:

Go to Koreataste.org and become a member to apply to be a blogger. After being accepted bloggers can write, post pictures, post videos or post a combination of the above related to Korean food in Korea or abroad. Posts could be a review of a local Korean restaurant, a Korean recipe you tried, or about your favorite Korean dish. Anything related to Korean food in good taste (profanity or obscene material prohibited) is acceptable.

The winner will be decided by a panel of judges made up of Korean and international tourism, writers, and food specialists based on the following criteria:

30% Number of posts
20% Total Number of all “Thumbs Up” Votes on the posts per blogger
50% Quality of written posts, photos, and video

The contest will start on October 11, 2010 (Korean Time) and finish on December 5, 2010 at 11:59pm (Korean Time). The winners will be announced in the “News and Event” section of koreataste.org on December 10,2010. and they will receive e-mails. If KTO cannot contact the winner by December 17, 2010, the prize will be given to the next eligible contestant.
