This contest is open to all residents in the Philippines. Contestants under the age of 18 must provide a letter of consent from parents or guardians to the admin allowing him/her to join the contest.

LOVE NOTES CONTEST Mechanics:

2. Be a fan of the Toblerone Pilipinas page.

3. Click on the Love Notes tab and enter your Love Notes using the words T.O.B.L.E.R.O.N.E. Entries may be in the form of English or Filipino only. Entries with a combination of both languages (Taglish) will not be accepted.

4.The sweetest Love Notes wins P50,000 + the chance to have your note made into a song by Rico Blanco.

5. The Love Notes Contest is open to all residents of the Philippines who are at least 18 year of age. Entrants under the age of 18 are required to send written parental consent to the administrators of this contest. Written consent will be requested via Private Message.

6. Entries for the Love Notes Contest may be submitted from February 26, 2011 to March 31, 2011. All entries must be submitted by 11:59PM on March 31, 2011 to qualify for the Contest.

7. Each Love Notes entry must be suitable for display and publication, in all forms of media, including but not limited to the internet, the World Wide Web, print, radio, and network, cable or satellite television broadcast:

7.1. Entries must be dignified, modest and in good taste;

7.2. The entries must not be obscene or indecent, and must not contain among others: pornography or profanity; offensive or defamatory statements including but not limited to words or symbols that might be considered offensive to individuals of any race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group; threats to any person, place, business, or group.

7.3. The entries must not also invade the privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity, including, without limitation, any third party trademarks or copyrights, nor portray the brands or products of Kraft Foods in any way that might tend to subject any of them to public contempt, scandal, disrepute or ridicule.

8. Kraft Foods (Philippines), Inc. (Kraft Foods) reserves the right to determine the suitability of any Love Notes entry at its discretion, and to disqualify any entries it determines to be inappropriate for any reason.

9. All entries submitted for the Love Notes Contest must be the contestant’s original work and should not have been copied wholly or substantially from any other work or material.

10. All contest entries submitted shall become the property of Kraft Foods (Philippines), Inc. and may be used by Kraft Foods and Toblerone for whatever purpose, including but not limited to advertising and PR purposes. As such, the contestant irrevocably grants and assigns to Kraft Foods all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, to the submitted Love Notes entry.

11. The winner will be selected from among all eligible entry submissions. Entries will be judged by a panel of experts under the supervision of a DTI representative. The panel of experts will have the final decision in all matters relating to the Promotion. Entries will be judged on the following criteria: Clarity of the Love Notes entry (40%), higher meaning/impact (30%), uniqueness and catchiness (30%). In the event of a tie, tied entries will be re-judged on the basis of the clarity of Love Notes entry (100%).
