Me and My Coleman Photo Contest 2011

Since outdoor adventures are the fad of the summer season, you might want to try out Me and My Coleman Photo Contest 2011 while enjoying the vacation! To join, all you have to do is submit a photo depicting an outdoor moment with a Coleman product. The grand winner will receive 50,000 pesos worth of Coleman products. Prizes will also be awarded to the runner-ups.

This contest is open to all professional and amateur photographers, eighteen (18) years old and above, and residents of the Philippines.

This photo contest is open to all professional and amateur photographers, eighteen (18) years old and above, and residents of the Philippines.

Rules on Submission of Entries

a. An entry consists of:
- 1 completed contest registration form
- 8” x 12” print of the contest entry
- soft copy of the contest entry with file extension .jpg or .tiff

b. Participants may submit a maximum of 5 entries per category.

c. Participants, when submitting entries, may combine several contest entries in one legal size brown envelope. 1 picture is equivalent to 1 contest entry.

d. All photos submitted should have been taken during the duration of the contest, which is from March 15, 2011 to May 31, 2011. Entries shall contain metadata to ascertain the date of the photo shoot.

e. All entries will be received until May 31, 2011, 10:00pm.

f. Participants may download registration forms from www.coleman.com.ph

g. All entries must include a Coleman product and should be free of watermarks and other markings. Entries should not contain any borders.

h. Submitted Photographs shall be exclusive to this contest. It must be unpublished and it must not have been submitted and will not be submitted in any other contests, except for inter-club contests.

i. Only colored formats are accepted. Images should not contain drastic alteration. Elements should not be added nor removed. Color and contrast adjustments are acceptable. High Dynamic Range (HDR), Infra Red (IR) and Stitched Photos are not accepted.

j. All entries should meet the contest criteria. Failure to do such will result to rejection of the entry.

k. The participant shall guarantee that forwarded entries are taken by him or her. No other entity has rights, claims or interests on the submitted photographs. To this end, the participant shall execute the Undertaking, upon submission of the participant’s entry within the prescribed contest period.

l. For photographs with people as subjects, consent is required from person(s) being photographed. Participant must provide a signed written personal release from person(s) who appear in the photograph. This should be submitted together with the photo contest entry.


Deadline and Submission of Entries

All entries must be received until May 31, 2011. The contest organizers are not responsible for any postal or technical delay in the transmission of the entries. All entries must be received by Focus Global, Inc. on or before May 31, 2011.
All entries should be mailed or personally submitted inside a sealed envelope to:

Prizes at stake:

Grand Prize - Php 50,000.00 worth of Coleman items
The entry with the highest rating from the entire contest shall win the Grand Prize. In case of a tie, the judges shall decide the Grand Prize winner by majority vote

Second Prize - Php 40,000.00 worth of Coleman items
The entry with the second highest rating from the entire contest shall win the Second Prize. In case of a tie, the judges shall decide the Second Prize winner by majority vote,

Third Prize - Php 30,000.00 worth of Coleman items
The entry with the third highest rating from the entire contest shall win the Third Prize. In case of a tie, the judges shall decide the Third Prize winner by majority vote,

Fourth Prize - Php 20,000.00 worth of Coleman items
The entry with the fourth highest rating from the entire contest shall win the Fourth Prize. In case of a tie, the judges shall decide the Fourth Prize winner by majority vote,

Fifth Prize - Php 10,000.00 worth of Coleman items
The entry with the fifth highest rating from the entire contest shall win the Fifth Prize. In case of a tie, the judges shall decide the Fifth Prize winner by majority vote,

5 Consolation Prizes of Php 5,000.00 worth of Coleman items each.


Notes:
- there is no online submission for this photo contest. You will have to deliver your entry to their office or at Coleman outlets specified above.
- your photo should have no borders, no watermarks, and must show a Coleman product.
