This contest is open to Metro Manila residents only, aged 18 years old and above.

CONTEST MECHANICS

HOW TO JOIN:

1. Like ConZace's page in Facebook

2. Save the Conzace HEAVY DUTY IMMUNITY FRAME uploaded by the fanpage administrator. (Click link here and copy/save this image for use on your photo entry)

3. Take a photo that best depicts HEAVY DUTY IMMUNITY*Frame the photo using the Heavy Duty frame.

4. Each photo entry must come with a brief description explaining why the photo shows Heavy Duty Immunity.Submit your “framed” Conzace Heavy Duty Immunity Photo entry as a fan photo and tag as many friends as you can and invite as many friends as you can to like your photo entry.

5. You can send as many entries as you want but each photo should show different interpretations of Heavy Duty Immunity.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:

6. Photos will be judged based on the following criteria:

* Creativity/Originality– 30%
* Number of likes – 40%
* “Heavy Duty Immunity Concept- 30% (ability to portray heavy duty immunity)

THIRD WAVE: December 4-18, 2010 - Submission of Entries Deadline for submission of entries: 5:00pm of December 18, 2010

December 19-20 (Sunday-Monday) - Judging

December 21 (Tuesday) - Announcement of Winners

PRIZES:

2 winners of P1,000 worth of Fully Booked gift certificates - friends who like the entry

7. Promo is open to Metro Manila residents only, aged 18 years old and above.

8. Employees of Unilab Philippines, its advertising and media agencies up to second degree of consanguinity are not allowed to join the online contest.

9. Wiinners will be notified via email and list will be posted on ConZace's fan page wall. Winners should present valid IDs with names that appear on their Facebook profile.

10. By joining the promo, each contestant is deemed to have granted organizer the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nickname, names, photographs and entries of such contestant and/or representatives of such contestant without obtaining any other further consent or making any payment whatsoever to such contestant and/or the representatives of such contestant for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media. Unless revoked by Unilab itself, all photo entries shall become the property of United Laboratories, Inc. (UNILAB).

11. Redemption period shall be within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes are NOT transferable and NOT convertible to cash.

Personal notes:
- Check out rule No. 3 stating that you have to use the Conzace frame in submitting your work. You must know how to use photo editing tools like Photoshop (if you can use MS Paint, it will also do) and merge your photo with the frame image.

- online voting is 40% of the criteria which is a big factor in determining the winner.

- there are three waves in which you can participate in to win the iPad. Deadlines are November 12, 2010 5pm, November 30 5pm and December 18, 2010 5 pm. The time of deadline is NOT midnight of that date.
