Contest Terms and Conditions (Partial)

1) This contest is free and is open to all individuals 21 years and over. Entry is restricted to TLC subscribers residing in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. Permanent and/or contract employees of Discovery Networks Asia Pacific (DNAP), their immediate family, and DNAP's affiliates and subsidiaries, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

2) The only valid method of entry is via this website. Entries must be in English. By participating in this competition, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

3) There are three (3) different passwords to look out for. One (1) password entry including the completed open-ended question are eligible for submission; submitting three (3) different passwords will increase your chances of winning.

4) Participants can submit more than one (1) entry but only the latest entry will be eligible for the draw.

5) All personal details submitted must be accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by DNAP, including TLC subscription details and account numbers.

6) DNAP reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants (including a participant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by DNAP to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

7) Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, incorrect or late entries will automatically be disqualified.

8) Entries received after the closing date of 24 Oct, 2359 hrs (SIN/ HK) will not be accepted.

9) The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entrants who have voted and answered the question correctly and have submitted their details online. The winner's choice of 'experience' is final and can not be changed. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

10) The winners will be notified in writing by e-mail or by telephone as determined by DNAP.

11) The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative available.

12) The prize for each trip includes:

1. A TLC experience of your choice. Please note that all options of the 'experience' are subject to change and talent's availability.
2. Return airfare on economy class for two (2) persons.
3. Hotel accommodation for three (3) nights, with daily breakfast for 2 persons on twin sharing basis.

Pointers:
-This contest requires you to watch The Lifestyle Channel (TLC) form October 4 to October 24, 2010 in order for you to get the 3 pass codes.
-To increase your chances of winning, you can submit the 3 different pass codes. However, submitting the same pass code again will NOT increase your chance of winning.
- Deadline is midnight of October 24, 2010. Hong Kong / Singapore time... which has almost the same time line as the Philippines.
